About me

Hello! I'm Camila Robles Gamboa, a Product Designer, Service Designer and UX Lead based in Lima, Peru.

I have more than 10 years of experience designing and researching digital products and services across banking and the public sector. I work end-to-end, from identifying problems and opportunities to designing, validating and continuously improving solutions.

Currently, I design and optimize digital experiences for BCP's SME segment, working closely with business, data and technology teams. Previously, I led multidisciplinary design initiatives for BBVA and the Peruvian government, contributing to digital services used by millions of people.

I'm especially interested in creating useful, inclusive and accessible experiences that balance user needs and business goals. I enjoy turning complex problems into clear solutions through research, collaboration and evidence-based design decisions.
